Pre- P.G.-2008 Entrance Test to be Conducted on 20th, April, 2008 (Sunday) for Admission to Medical and Dental Post Graduate Courses in M.P. M.P. Professional Examination Board, Bhopal will conduct an Entrance Test (Common for General and In-Service candidates) Pre-P G.-2008 for admission to Post Graduate Courses:- Medical ; MD/MS/Diploma Dental : MDS 1. Date of Examination : Sunday 20.04 2008 (Time : 10.00 A.M. to 1.15 P.M.) 2. Examination Cities : Bhopal, Gwalior, Indore and Jabalpur. 3. Eligibility : (I) (a) The candidate must be a bonafide resident of Madhya Pradesh. OR The candidate must have passed all MBBS/BDS Examination from a Medical / Dental College of Madhya Pradesh. OR (b) The candidates who are bonafide residents of Madhya Pradesh but have passed M.B.B.S. course from a Medical College outside M.P. recognized by Medical Council of India, New Delhi. This will also be applicable to those candidates who are to be selected for M D.S. course. OR (c) Medical Officers nominated by Health and Family Welfare Department of Government of Madhya Pradesh (In-Service candidates) (II) (a) Eligible candidate must have undertaken studies in an institution recognized by MCI/DCI. (b) Eligible candidate must have completed compulsory internship from a MCI/DCI recognised institution on or before 31.03.2008. (c) Eligible candidate must permanently be registered by Madhya Pradesh Medical/Dental Council (and/or MCI/DCI) on or before 30.04.2008. (III)(a) No candidate, including In-Service candidate will be entitled for doing post graduation for a period of 3 years, if a seat was allotted to him/her through All India or State Post Graduate Entrance Examination and he/she did not join or joined & left the seat thereafter, due to any reason during 2005-2007. (b) A candidate who is admitted to P.G. course in a Government Autonomous Medical College in Madhya Pradesh through All India Entrance Examination 2008 and also got selected for Madhya Pradesh Post Graduate Entrance Examination, 2008 is eligible to participate in counselling scheduled for selected candidates in Madhya Pradesh Post Graduate Entrance Examination, 2008. However he/she will have to resign from All India Seat in case, he/she opts for a seat from State Quota at such counselling. www.smarteach.com Note: All In-service candidates will have to appear in Common Entrance Examination conducted by Madhya Pradesh Professional Examination Board, Separate Merit/Waiting list will be made of In-Service candidates after adding the qualifying marks scored in the Common Entrance Examination and marks allotted to them by Department of Public Health and Family Welfare. Availability of Application Form: The Application Forms for the test will be available from MPPEB counter and designated institutions on cash payment of Rs. 1000/- (Cost of Application form includes the Test Fee) from 17.03.2008 to 31.03.2008. Science College Ujjain - Ujjain Polytechnic College Gwalior - Dr B.R. Ambedkar Polytechnic College Indore - Shri G.S. Institute of Technology & Science Sagar - S.R. Govt. Women`s Polytechnic College. 5. By-Post : From M.P Professional Examination Board office by submitting a request letter accompanied by an account payee Bank Draft/Bankers Cheque of Rs. 1050/-drawn in favour of M.P. Professional Examination Board, Bhopal” of any Nationalized Bank payable at Bhopal. The application form shall be sent to the candidate by post, Such a request letter should reach M P Professional Examination Board on or before 31.03.2008. 6. Candidates can apply online through the website of the Board www.vyapam.nic.in or www.mponline.gov.in on payment of Examination Fee Rs. 1050/- by credit card or cash through given Authorised Kiosk List on the mponline website from 17.03.2008 to 04.04.2008. 7 Last date of receipt of duly filled/completed Application Forms at M P P.E.B., Bhopal 04.04.2008. 8. IMPORTANT : Applicants must ensure that the OMR application form has been correctly and clearly filled and no column has been left blank especially those columns which are marked with asterik. 9. INFORMATION REGARDING REJECTION :- (a) After the submission of the application form there is no provision of correction/ rectification in the entries of the application form.
